The Department of Planning and Local Government's Open Space and Urban Design Unit works to sustain and create better places and spaces for the people of South Australia through designing and implementing public policy and program initiatives in the areas of open space and urban design.
This includes administering funding programs financed by the Planning and Development Fund, such as the Open Space Grant Funding program and the Places for People program.
